The happiest time for customers is when they receive the wood chippers. To provide customers with happiness value and ensure that customers receive the industrial chipper as perfectly as possible. Our factory will do a good job of testing before delivery to ensure the quality of the machine, and then we will pack the machine with strong packaging.
Before delivery, we have a special quality inspection to ensure that the wood chipper will leave the factory without any problems. Our quality inspection department will check the machine as below:
1. Appearance Inspection: Inspect the exterior of the machine carefully to make sure there is no visible damage or wear.
2. Functional test: Test whether the various functions of the chipper are working normally.
3. Electrical system inspection: Check that the wires are intact, the electrical components are in place and well connected.
4. Hydraulic system inspection: Check the displacement of the hydraulic oil, the cleanliness of the filter, and the tightness of the pipes and connections.
5.Trial run: Carry out a trial run on the machine to see if there is any abnormal noise, vibration or oil leakage. Make sure the wood chipper can work stably when running.
6. Safety inspection: Check whether the safety equipment of the machine is complete and in good condition, and complies with relevant safety standards.
7. Check of documents and accessories: Check whether the documents and accessories provided are complete. Make sure you have the machine’s owner’s manual, service manual, and appropriate spare parts and tools.
